Main Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup Chopped Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- ¼ cup Shredded Cheese
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
3. Add the chopped vegetables, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
4. Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
5. Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.
6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
