  • 6 large potatoes peeled and diced
  • 3 large eggs hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • ½ cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon celery seed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, white vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, and celery seed.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
