  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Balls halved
  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives pitted
  • 1 cup Artichoke Hearts quartered
  • 1 cup Salami sliced
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Pepperoncini sliced
  • 1 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 0.25 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
