Ingredients 

Turnover Ingredients

  • 2 cups Apples, peeled and diced Use Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 package Puff pastry, thawed 2 sheets
  • 1 Egg, beaten For egg wash

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
  3. Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut each into 4 squares.
  4. Place apple mixture in the center of each square. Fold over to form triangles and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Brush with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
