Main Ingredients
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 2 slices Whole grain bread
- 1 Egg fried or scrambled
- 1 slice Tomato
- 1 handful Spinach fresh
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Toast the bread slices.
2. Mash the avocado and spread it on one slice of toasted bread.
3. Place the fried or scrambled egg on top of the avocado spread.
4. Add the tomato slice and fresh spinach on top of the egg.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Top with the second slice of toasted bread and serve immediately.
