Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 racks Baby Back Ribs
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Rub the ribs with olive oil.
Mix brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
Apply the spice mix to the ribs.
Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the foil.
Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
Return the ribs to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes.
