Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta any short pasta like rotini or penne
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Add the ranch dressing and toss to coat everything evenly.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
