  • 4 fillets Haddock about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the haddock fillets in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets.
  4. Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
