Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Berries or Chopped Fruit Optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the berries or chopped fruit if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the oatmeal is set.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
