Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf Baguette cut into 4 pieces
- 200 g Pork thinly sliced
- 1 cup Pickled Vegetables carrots and daikon
- 1 bunch Cilantro fresh
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1. Slice the baguette into 4 pieces and toast them lightly.
2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each baguette piece.
3. Layer the pork, pickled vegetables, and cilantro on the baguette.
4. Drizzle soy sauce over the fillings.
5. Close the baguette pieces and serve immediately.
