Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks Pork Ribs
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to 275°F (135°C).
  2. 2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. 3. Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
  4. 4. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place on the grill.
  5. 5. Cook for 2.5 hours, then remove from foil and brush with barbecue sauce.
  6. 6. Grill for another 30 minutes, basting with more sauce as needed.
