Bean Salad Recipe
A simple and refreshing bean salad recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
