Instructions
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same wok, add remaining oil and garlic. Stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add a splash of water if needed to help steam the broccoli.
4. Return beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
