Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 small Cabbage chopped
- 2 medium Carrots sliced
- 2 stalks Celery sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, and sliced celery.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 1.5 hours, or until the beef is tender.
