Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
1. In a bowl, mix beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add beef slices to the wok, stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
