  • 1 lb beef sirloin sliced into thin strips
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms, and cook until softened.
  2. 2. Add beef strips to the skillet and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir well to combine.
  4. 4. Gradually stir in beef broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Cook until the sauce is thickened and heated through.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
