BLT Pasta Salad
A delicious and easy-to-make pasta salad with the classic flavors of a BLT sandwich.

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta any short pasta like rotini or penne
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup lettuce chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped lettuce.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
