- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup vegetable oil for frying
1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
3. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
5. Fry the pork chops in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
