  • 1 piece Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese mozzarella or cheddar
  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 cup Chopped vegetables bell peppers, onions, etc.

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Crack the eggs onto the pizza, spacing them out evenly.
  5. Scatter the cooked bacon and chopped vegetables over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
