  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably leftover
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Green onion chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the cooked rice and stir well to combine.
  4. 4. Pour the beaten eggs over the rice and stir continuously until the eggs are fully cooked.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce, chopped green onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy your breakfast rice!
