Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup Red Onion diced
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Sunflower Seeds

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Remove and let cool, then crumble.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, crumbled bacon, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
