- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 0.5 cup red onion, chopped
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.25 cup bacon bits
Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
