- 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
