Brookies Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix well.
Add vanilla extract and eggs to the mixture. Beat until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
