Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup tapioca pearls
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water in a saucepan and add tapioca pearls. Cook for 15 minutes or until they float to the top.
  2. 2. Drain the pearls and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  3. 3. In the same saucepan, add brown sugar and ½ cup of water. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  4. 4. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the brown sugar syrup. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Divide the pearls and syrup between two glasses. Add ice if desired.
  6. 6. Pour milk into the glasses. Stir and enjoy!
