Ingredients

  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • cup Cocoa powder unsweetened
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add to the butter mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
