Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 2 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 6 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage and sliced carrots, cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30-35 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
