Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise.
  2. 2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well combined and creamy.
  3. 3. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. 5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
