Caprese Chicken Recipe
A delicious and simple Caprese Chicken recipe that combines the flavors of fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil with tender chicken breasts.

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
- 8 oz Mozzarella cheese sliced
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish. Top each breast with sliced mozzarella, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional basil leaves if desired.
