- 4 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup raisins
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
In a large mixing bowl, combine grated carrots and raisins.
In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt.
Pour the dressing over the carrot mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
