Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Carrots, grated
- 1 cup Raisins
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Grate the carrots and place them in a mixing bowl.
Add the raisins, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Mix everything together until well combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
