Ingredients 

Hot Dog Ingredients

  • 4 All-beef hot dogs
  • 4 Poppy seed hot dog buns
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 1 cup Relish
  • 4 Pickle spears
  • 4 Tomato wedges
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Celery salt
  • 4 Sport peppers

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Grill the hot dogs for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until they are heated through and have grill marks.
  3. 3. Place each hot dog in a poppy seed bun.
  4. 4. Top each hot dog with chopped onions, relish, a pickle spear, tomato wedges, yellow mustard, celery salt, and sport peppers.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy your Chicago-style hot dog!
