1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce and chicken.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
