Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the corn kernels and shredded chicken. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
