Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
- 1 package Gnocchi
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Spinach, chopped
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions.
4. Stir in the chopped spinach and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a few more minutes until the spinach is wilted.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
