Chicken and Rice Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen peas and carrots, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
