Chicken Caesar Salad

Salad Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Croutons
- ½ cup Caesar Dressing
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
1. Preheat the grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Toss well.
5. Top the salad with the sliced chicken and grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Serve immediately.
