Chicken Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 slices Bread
- 4 leaves Lettuce
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
3. Place a leaf of lettuce on a slice of bread, then spoon the chicken salad mixture on top.
4. Top with another slice of bread. Repeat for the remaining sandwiches.
