Chicken Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 slices Bread
  • 4 leaves Lettuce

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. 3. Place a leaf of lettuce on a slice of bread, then spoon the chicken salad mixture on top.
  4. 4. Top with another slice of bread. Repeat for the remaining sandwiches.
