Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 slices Bread your choice
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 piece Tomato sliced
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
3. Toast the bread slices if desired.
4. Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
5. Assemble the sandwich by placing the cooked chicken breast on one slice of bread, followed by tomato slices, lettuce, and the other slice of bread.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
