Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken cut into serving pieces
  • 1 piece Green Papaya peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups Chili Leaves
  • 1 piece Onion chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 thumb-sized piece Ginger julienned
  • 5 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
  3. 3. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the green papaya and cook until tender.
  5. 5. Season with fish sauce, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6. Add the chili leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
