- 8 oz Tortilla chips
- 1 cup Salsa (red or green)
- ½ cup Crumbled queso fresco or feta cheese
- ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
- 2 Eggs Fried or scrambled
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- 1 Avocado Sliced
1. Heat the salsa in a skillet over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
2. Add the tortilla chips and stir to coat them in the salsa. Cook for a few minutes until the chips start to soften.
3. Top with crumbled queso fresco, chopped cilantro, and your choice of eggs.
4. Drizzle with sour cream and garnish with avocado slices. Serve immediately.
