Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can Kidney Beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, and paprika. Cook for another minute.
Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
