Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Chinese cabbage shredded
- 2 cups carrots julienned
- 1 cup green onions chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 1 clove garlic minced
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded Chinese cabbage, julienned carrots, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
