Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced chicken
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • ½ cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken, cook until no longer pink.
  4. Push chicken to the side, pour beaten eggs into the pan, scramble until cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, peas, and carrots. Stir well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
