Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter

Cinnamon Swirl

  • ¼ cup Melted butter
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet. Drizzle a swirl of the cinnamon mixture on top of the batter.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon mixture.
