Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon chopped
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 cans Clams with juice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the potatoes, clams with juice, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with crispy bacon.
