Ingredients

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, salt, pepper, and vinegar.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and mix until well coated.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
