Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin powder
  • ¼ cup Cold water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, combine gelatin powder and cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat brewed coffee and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the coffee mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or mold. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. 5. Cut the jelly into cubes and serve with whipped cream or condensed milk, if desired.
