Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 bag Spinach fresh
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, cranberries, feta cheese, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
