Cranberry Spinach Salad

Salad Ingredients
- 1 bag Spinach fresh
- ½ cup Dried Cranberries
- ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, cranberries, feta cheese, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
