Cream of Wheat Semolina Porridge Recipe
A warm and comforting breakfast porridge made from semolina.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup semolina
- 4 cups milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a gentle boil.
2. Gradually whisk in the semolina, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Add the sugar and salt, and continue to cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens.
4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Serve warm, optionally with a sprinkle of cinnamon or fresh fruit.
